This involved working independently to solve problems and coordinate with employees across the entire healthcare industry, from receptionists and nurses to physicians and administrative staff.

I assisted employees and answered questions related to benefits, payroll, taxes, FMLA, etc. I also performed a diverse range of clerical duties including development of VBA based Microsoft Excel solutions, maintenance of employee records, data entry, applicant testing, new employee on-boarding, and I-9 documentation. I independently developed and implemented a VBA-based application that performed tedious online data-entry tasks. This application reduced a recurring task, which typically consumed several workdays, down to a 20-minute program that ran autonomously while we returned to our other duties.

This involved facilitation of group educational and recreational activities, administration of prescribed medications and/or drug screenings, crisis intervention, evaluation of participant behavior,  and establishing a rapport with the participant population to provide a safe and supportive environment throughout the rehabilitation process.
