- Worked in a team of 3 to support a portion of our National Markets Account Management team including approximately 45 national alternate care, mail order, and retail pharmaceutical distribution customers.

Lead Coordinator, Pharma Supplier Agreements

Oversaw Guest Services Representative’s interactions with guests and co-workers; interviewed potential employees, on-boarded new hires, and implemented multiple staffing structures and methods of effective training. Also coordinated with management and senior leaders to ensure the operation was running efficiently, as well as representing my guest services interests during regular staff meetings. Provided a comfortable and energetic work environment to keep staff motivated to work collectively toward a shared goal of providing guests with an unexpected sense of extraordinary service.

Guest Services Supervisor

Responsibilities include processing hotel night audit system including accounting for hotel front desk, lounge, and restaurant and preparing hotel for the following day. This means verifying tax exemptions, accounts receivable, and settling credit card batches from the business date. Other duties include using transferring MICROS data into a detailed hotel flash report, checking in and checking out guests, guest interaction and assistance, receiving/directing incoming phone calls, scheduling transportation, making guest reservations, providing directions and suggesting points of interest in Columbus, driving hotel transportation as needed, and assisting valet services as needed.

When behind the customer service desk, responsibilities included answering incoming phone calls and resolving customers issues/complaints. Additional responsibilities included completing  money orders, cashing government checks, and Ohio Lottery. When acting as floor supervisor, requirements include communicating with various individuals via headset, while keeping the checkout area operating smoothly and maintaining an efficient break and task schedule.
