•	Coordinated with the IMDS, G081 and IMIS SMEs on the project to transition to either IMDS or G081 and to push IMIS to a stand-alone system.  Provided feedback to each on best practices of each system and where improvements should be made to others. Utilized knowledge of screen functionality in both IMDS and G081 to make recommendations to IMIS to improve functionality for the Analysts, Schedulers, and the maintainers.
•	Expedited and coordinated movement of pilots, maintenance, fuel and emergency personnel.  Jumped on the opportunity to learn more of the efforts taken to maintain and accomplish the mission from the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC).
•	Enhanced presentation of daily and monthly maintenance performance metrics by combining key performance and maintenance data for 7 airframes from 1997 to 2017 into the presentation for comparison and increased visibility of trouble areas.
•	Forecasted JBER maintenance personnel and equipment performance and efficiency capabilities allowing precise planning factors for a $457K program.
•	Compiled a critical risk assessment for 58 inventory assets to highlight high failure areas.  A new periodic inspection was implemented to prevent premature failures on the F-22.
•	Trained 350 maintenance technicians on proper documentation of their work performed.  Decreased compilation time by 33% and ensured a higher manpower retention.
•	Assumed the Chief Analyst role during high turnover.  Kept continuity within the section and boosted section performance 64%.
•	Provided cybersecurity support and maintenance of 124 personnel accounts, 31 organizational accounts, and 19 email distribution lists.  Created, moved, and updated personnel computer and email accounts.

•	Produced flight controls versus weather study that showed a correlation that caused water accumulation in the cockpit.  Minor updates and the addition of a coalesce sock in certain geographical locations improved production numbers by 55.3% and post-flight inspection times by 97% in the summer months.
•	Directed 125 maintenance studies that drove improvements in 11 out of 13 performance metrics.
•	Coordinated LEAN Six Sigma events for three work centers at Tyndall AFB.  Efficiency and production numbers increased 35% or more in each area in less than 6-months.
