Highlights include:
. Spearheaded the technology work streams of the Modern Workspace strategy COVID-19 Recovery and Site Reopening Program to transform global offices into collaboration hubs for our hybrid workforce. The distinct work streams of Collaboration, Information Security, and Infrastructures collectively introduced new digital technologies, including hoteling & space management, digital badging, virtual receptionist, and immersive Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.

. Oversaw the non-ERP work stream projects for the IT integration of Dell Services acquisition into NTT DATA Services, considered one of the largest IT acquisitions. Directed the financial cost models and variance analysis for each work stream project to drive tactical decisions.

. Prepared and hosted the executive reviews of the programs and projects’ status in the Corp IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO). Partnered with IT and business leaders to shepherd new projects through the portfolio intake process (i.e., ideation through prioritization). Coached fellow project managers and contributed to the tools and processes used by the PMO, including the build out of Broadcom Clarity PPM.

Senior Program Manager

. Led Tenet Healthcare’s Payor Services delivery organization, the revenue cycle business unit for electronic claims submission and remittance processing. Responsible for the program plan, budget, structure, and staffing requirements of the 35-40 matrix team members. 
. In lockstep with Tenet’s subsidiary, Conifer Health, orchestrated the interwoven services of the clearing houses, banks, payers, and service provider partners to support the business operations for the hospital clients. 
. Drove the organization’s P&L, increasing department’s revenue by 40% to $5.5M. Developed financial models to scale resources and integrate systems and processes for the clients’ acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic ventures. Established and amended contractual agreements for new or revised services, including related negotiation, costing, pricing, and execution.  
. Closely collaborated with the client in strategic planning for growth, services, and development for our customers.
. Met contractual obligations for project management, application support, hosting, and SLAs.

Account Client Delivery Manager

Led application development releases project team for the Payor Services team. In addition, provided project oversight to regulatory 5010 coordination efforts for client's departments and teams, including vendor-supported applications.

Project Manager

Perot Systems Corp

Responsible for program and product management oversight of the Physician Portal applications and development team to customize and integrate each portal into the client's enterprise systems.  Responsibilities included the coordination with vendors and customer's teams to integrate the various portals into each hospital’s clinical systems.

Program Manager

Managed rollout of Interqual application to 114 hospitals from late 2003 through the first quarter of 2004.  Managed project under a compressed schedule per customer's directive.  Later, provided project management for the application development initiatives for the customer's clinical management product.

Researched and documented the business requirements for healthcare provider's enterprise web application portal.  Participated in diverse integration development efforts, including the centralization of email, security, and identity management with MS Active Directory, Physician Portal integration, and user access management.
