Our clients appreciate our emphasis beyond theories and on applied learning in-role, especially developing skills such as leading change, building confidence, developing next gen leaders and the science of making/breaking habits for improved productivity. Clients additionally have the opportunity to learn using science-based assessment tools, such as Whole Brain Thinking, to create tailored, individualized coaching plans.

First Person Arts pushes the boundaries of storytelling and documentary art by helping people shape true personal stories into art for the stage, page, online and on-air. Programming includes the Best Arts Festival in the City of Philadelphia (voted 2021 Best of), monthly Story Slam events, Applied Storytelling workshops for professionals, and special purpose projects aimed at using storytelling to raise awareness to important social issues. Supporting kidds is a special kind of organization that puts hope back into the lives of children grieving the loss of a parent, sibling or family member. Staffed by a talented group of expert mental health professionals and trained volunteer facilitators, Supporting kidds provides 6-week programs, services and educational information. I joined Kidds in 2009 to provide leadership during a period of significant organisational change and in 2011 launched a Board Development initiative. Now financially healthy and organizationally strong, we are expanding our Board.
