1.Formulate the financial objectives, policies and operating procedures of the company and report to the general manager and the board of directors according to the authorization

2. Establish and improve the organizational structure of the company's financial system, set up positions, clarify responsibilities, ensure the quality of financial and accounting information, reduce operating and management costs, ensure smooth information flow and improve efficiency

3.To provide financial descriptions of the 
company's business objectives, provide a basis for business management decisions, and regularly review and measure the company's business risks and adopt effective measures to prevent them

4.Review financial statements, submit financial analysis and management reports; participate in the analysis, demonstration and decision-making of investment projects

5.Follow up and analyze various financial indicators to reveal potential operational problems and provide management with reference for decision making; develop effective financing strategies and plans according to the actual operating conditions of the company, and use various financial instruments to ensure the optimal capital structure of the company

Chief Financial Officer

1.Organize the development of financial management system and related regulations, and supervise the implementation

2.Develop, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and develop annual and quarterly financial plans

3.Responsible for the preparation and implementation of financial budget reports, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

4.Responsible for the company's overall fund allocation, cost accounting, accounting and analysis, and monitoring major economic activities that may cause economic loss to the company

5.Assist the CFO to carry out the communication and coordination work between the finance department and internal and external, and complete other daily affairs work assigned by the superior
