As a dedicated customer service professional with nearly 30 years of experience, it is my mission is to provide exceptional support that exceeds expectations and drives satisfaction. The project I am most proud of is the interactive Google map notification that I created for my current employer. This Google map allows the public in my area to check swimming beach notifications on a PC, tablet, or smartphone quickly and effectively to obtain the swimming status of a specific beach. Because of this map, calls regarding the status of swimming beaches has dropped by 95% since the map's inception in 2018. My experience spans several industries that include retail, health insurance, and government. I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals from these industries and explore opportunities to bring my skills and experience to new challenges in the customer service within these industries.
