As an experienced digital leader specializing in digital analytics and optimisation, I have extensive knowledge of digital data, CRO, SEO and CX. I lead a team of experts specialising in web development, CRO, CMS, technical SEO and Analytics in a fast- paced, demanding environment. I manage the performance of digital customer journeys for Saga Insurance, manage external and agency relationships, and develop and drive forward the CRO & CMS strategy whilst actively contributing to digital transformation, large-scale projects and wider marketing initiatives in the Insurance & Group sectors.
