Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is Amazon Ads' privacy-preserving clean room, enabling marketers to gain insight across a variety of 1P and 3P signals to take action to grow their business.  AMC is widely adopted by large brands and agencies (triple digit YoY growth) and drives incremental media revenue for the $40B+ Amazon Ads business.

Led a multi-functional organization (150+) comprised of product, engineering, and GTM teams responsible for driving continued growth and adoption of AMC through new product and customer enablement capabilities.

Led strategic advisory, market analysis, and diligence discussions with emerging and established partners to accelerate Amazon’s (then) $31B+ Ads business. Led C-level deal negotiations with top entertainment and music players (Disney, Hulu, Spotify, iHeart) to build our Streaming TV and Audio ad businesses. 

First female promoted to Director within CorpBD. Fourth ever Director promotion in team history.

Director, Corporate Business Development

Led multiple teams globally (US, EU, JP) to enable rapid inventory growth to scale reach and impact of Amazon Advertising worldwide across channels and formats. Responsible for BD, product, partner management, operations, analytics, and international expansion for Amazon Ads' programmatic supply business. 

Negotiated deals with the largest advertising entities (including Google, Facebook, and Microsoft) to access programmatic inventory at scale across display, mobile, and video. Developed strategy and secured executive buy-in to build a program/team to lead ongoing partnerships and operations post launch and led this function across product and tech. Launched first revenue driving program at A9 (subsidiary) providing third party demand for publishers that laid the foundation for Amazon Publisher Services' Transparent Ad Marketplace.

Promoted multiple times from BD individual contributor negotiating deals to line manager to manager of managers of several functions.

Held multiple roles spanning sales enablement, GTM, monetization, and BD for the top vertical sites at Yahoo (Finance, Shopping, Travel, Autos, Real Estate.) Developed and executed monetization strategies for $120MM upfronts to increase revenue YoY by 20% and diversify advertiser base. Led negotiations from term sheet to implementation with 20+ partners and managed 30+ partner relationships to increase revenue and user engagement. Launched custom cross-Yahoo sites responsible for $90M in revenue and another $150MM in pipeline revenue.
