Community Organizer/ Director of Women's Outreach- Yes on Prop 22 Campaign

Corporate liaison between Lyft HQ and Lyft Drivers in the Pacific Region: California, Hawaii and Nevada.

Consulting with Lyft HQ to advise on driver concerns to amplify driver voice; 
Collaborating with Lyft department and company leaders to test new product features and weigh in on programs and policies that impact drivers;
Consulting with Lyft HQ team members on early stage projects and brand partnerships;
Hosting meet and greet events in various cities to provide drivers an interactive opportunity to share feedback and to be heard.

Optimizing the driver experience throughout the Pacific region was the goal.

	• Strategic Planning, Contra Costa County Office of Reentry and Justice: Conduct community needs assessment and guide stakeholders in developing a data-informed five-year strategic plan aimed at reducing recidivism by 50%.

	• Technical Assistance, Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services: Assessment and capacity building of eight to ten Behavioral Health grassroots organizations that serve African-American clients to help them obtain program funding.

	• Evaluation, Alameda County Public Safety Realignment Evaluation: Conduct process evaluation to assess the extent to which Alameda County is implementing its AB 109 systems and services in alignment with local priorities and established best practices.

As Program Coordinator, I led the implementation and development of the Juvenile Alternatives to Suspension Program (JASP) at Visitacion Valley Middle School in San Francisco. In collaboration with multiple stakeholders: DCYF, San Francisco Unified School District, San Francisco Department of Juvenile Probation and Real Options for City Kids, the JASP program aimed to mitigate the school-to-prison pipeline among at-risk youth in one of San Francisco’s lowest performing middle schools.

• Established and co-facilitated introductory Spanish course for teachers and staff
