I began my career as a support representative and then in one year worked my way up to Team Lead of our remote chat/email team. After building a team structure and successfully training our remote team I was then promoted to US Support Manager and then Philippine Support Manager. 

 I traveled once a year to Bacolod and Manila to train and do yearly meetups. Our remote team also did live phone support during US hours. I oversaw 12 of them. 

I handled escalations globally from the US, Philippines, Brazil, Berlin, and Australia. At the time I managed around 21 customer service representatives globally. 

I was responsible for reporting, ongoing customer support training, new hire training, communicating with our managers/teams globally, and goal metrics. 

I also helped with our Payments team from time to time overseeing cases which involved disputes, chargebacks and refunds. 

I have experience as well using photoshop and have done on-site photo shoots for our marketing team.
