Oversee a portfolio of ten continuing education programs. These programs are offered across a variety of modalities including in-person, hybrid, and online and cover a range of disciplines supporting the lifetime educational journey of Georgians. Collaborate with UGA staff, faculty, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs designed to meet the needs and demands of the workforce.

Design programming to meet the needs of the veterinary community
Contribute to business impact by planning and facilitating online workshops to almost 2,000 attendees in 2021
Proactively and routinely use fact-based forward-thinking using customer insights in course development
Collaborate with training and development to improve development opportunities for 196 members of faculty and staff at the College of Veterinary Medicine
Conduct usability research through attendee interviews and surveys to improve course access

Plan and facilitate skills workshops for faculty and students based on interviews and surveys, reaching 16 faculty preceptors and 60 medical students
Manage and supervise simulated patient volunteer program 
Cultivate, develop, and manage internal and external relationships
