I like to work with people who want to learn and grow, they know they don't have all the answers but know that with the right support around them, they will get there. I believe that people who are self-aware, people-centric, and authentic, will naturally motivate and engage their teams, creating a culture where people feel empowered, resulting in them emanating behaviours that promote: innovation, creativity, learning, problem-solving, and self-drive. There is nothing I enjoy more than adding value and providing support that can be embedded in the business. I work 1:1 with leaders to develop them to be the best they can be, enabling them to effectively motivate their team/s and influence key stakeholders. I also partner with founders and CEO's of small businesses to scale up, offering them the ability to see the future of their company through the eyes of the people. I do this by partnering with them to discuss and formulate a strategy to create the type of organisation they want to attract and retain the people they want. This builds a sustainable and scalable organisation they can be proud of. People that work with me say I build relationships quickly, creating a safe space where they can think and talk freely.
