Product Manager, Consumer Web

Kiwi, Inc.

Built Adlooper, a mobile adnetwork, from scratch. It also served as an aggregator of external ad networks and uses advanced algorithms to target the users. Roles and responsibilities include

- Defining and owning the product roadmap.
- Product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle in coordination with the sales team, user acquisition team and higher management to ensure growth of the product is met.
- Define key product metrices.

Associate Product Manager

Improving the retention and monetization for three of the top 50 grossing RPG games through data driven decisions.

- User segmentation for better targeting.
- Economy tuning and difficulty tuning in the games.
- Evaluate the need for user acquisition based on the contribution margin.
- Run A/B tests to evaluate different hypothesis
- Build a reporting framework to gather the insights quickly

Business Analyst

Oracle Retail

Created statistical models to suggest mark-down discounts and the ratios for procurement of sizes for the largest fashion retailers in America and Europe 

Responsibilities included
- Determining the optimum pricing strategies to be followed to maximize their revenue and determine the ratio for different sizes to be procured.
- Create a statistical model to forecast the demand for the next period.
- Compute the price elasticity and hence the price at which highest revenue is expected.
- Calculating the optimum ratio of sizes for all merchandise (fashion industry) to be kept at the retail store to reduce the “Out of Stock” probability for the merchandise.

Analyst

JDA Software

Built a supply chain forecasting model for Sony Corporation to help them match  their demand of the suppliers and the supply by factories.

- Led a team of 8 developers to build the User facing screens for Sony users.
- Gather business requirements from the end users (Sony) in Tokyo. 
- Design the front-end and back-end architecture of the UIs.
-Train the on-site developers.
