Day to day management: three teams of developers covering GTM, A/B multi-variant testers & innovation, across Next UK & Global retail sites and beauty brand Fabled.com.  Manage process through development cycle from requirements to production using Agile and Kanban project management methodologies.  Planned implementation of new cookie opt-in project that is fully compliant with GDPR and PECR legislation from vendor selection to full scale deployment by July 2021, across all Next customer web applications, globally.

- Plan rollout of PZ Cusson’s digital simplification project: manage the technical migration from Magento to new CMS platform for all PZ brands with tight deadlines
- Project manage full project life cycle from discovery through to deployment with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Forecast and budget each website build and reduce overall cost to serve to the business
- Manage multiple local and offshore teams through the project cycle with regular reporting to senior executives on progress.

Saint-Gobain

Plan rollout of Saint Gobain’s digital transformation project of its retail trade brands such as Jewson’s, Graham Plumbers Merchants plus others.  Delivering to an Agile framework liaise with key stakeholders in the business and manage the external development agencies.  Emphasis on managing and ensuring core operational dependencies within the business are ready in time for launch of the new websites.  Develop and maintain regular status logs inc RAID & RACI documents outlining any risks to delivery with daily/weekly reporting back to senior management.  Also manage DAM/PIM migration project across all Saint Gobain brands and offshore teams to the new Hybris platform.  Working successfully across the business with UX, product teams, business analysts, brands and our service partners.

EDF Energy

Part of the EDF Energy Blue Lab team as Agile Innovation Project Leader and sole responsible for delivery of the EDF Energy Loans website. Plan, budget and strategize a 6-month digital roadmap to meet key KPIs of the project to deliver profitable applications, with over £xm lend. Work with international finance partner BNP Paribas to rollout all online marketing initiatives that meet FCA regulations and legal requirement of both companies. Manage all agency relationships and weekly/monthly progress reports to senior stakeholder management. 

Front end project lead to develop EDF Energy Electric Vehicles proposition website within 12 weeks. Planned project delivery from start to finish managing all key stakeholders in the EDF Energy business inc dev ops, two external partners and development agency. Project delivered using Agile project management methodology to develop and deploy through 10 week iterations with internal sign offs including discovery, design, development and AWS cloud deployment.

Managed all partner relations for new start-up www.Hoppy.co.uk (home service platform), responsible for planning 2018 partner activity, monthly reporting on fulfilment & progress while implementing new services to grow the Hoppy.co.uk proposition.  Also managing external media agencies i.e. PPC, SEO, Social, funnel analysis and development ensuring we remain within budget while all digital planning is aligned and compliant.  Project manage and coordinate delivery of new services and campaigns leading a team of 5 and managing key stakeholders/investors in the business.

Project lead the Home Move business stream within EDF Energy, to look at performance against red binder operational process & KPI’s, constraints of the business from resource to technical infrastructure and industry best practice.

Currently front end delivery lead for the Powervault and Radbot ecommerce propositions.

With over 18 years of experience in delivering digital projects for various industries, I am a seasoned and versatile digital project manager with AgilePM practitioner certification and expertise in digital asset management (DAM) and platform migration. 

My most recent role was at Dyson, where I assisted the operations business with the launch of a multi-million project rollout of a new DAM system based on Sitecore. I was responsible for planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multi-national teams and vendors. I also successfully replanned and delivered a complex and delayed platform migration project for Asda grocery, as part of the Asda/George multi-million Futures programme. Previously, I managed the Starbucks digital loyalty programme in the middle-east, starting in the UAE, for Alshaya Group. 

I am passionate about developing and improving digital and ecommerce performance, using tools such as Basecamp, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, and Instagant. I have a strategic and creative background, with a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from Coventry University. I have a proven ability to act as a driving force on critical projects, unifying teams from diverse backgrounds, and delivering measurable results to businesses.
