Hello there! I'm Chevonne, a Global Leadership and Career Coach (ICF ACC), Facilitator, and Speaker who transitioned from a corporate leader to pursue my passion for cultivating leadership, promoting inclusion and diversity, and advocating for mental health in the workplace. With over two decades of experience in the corporate world, I've developed a strong skillset to help individuals and organisations achieve their goals and overcome challenges in the areas of leadership, learning and development, career development, talent development, and personal growth. My coaching focuses on developing courage, resilience, and people-centered impact in leadership teams within global contact centers and multinational companies. Mental health is important to me, and I advocate for it to create meaningful connections with my clients. My lived experience with mental health has helped me support people and organisations in regaining purpose in life and work through focused conversations and building trust.
