• Co-designed a clinician-facing dashboard that enhanced patient documentation and progress monitoring for multiple clinical roles involved with T1D (Type 1 Diabetes) patients.
• Conducted 12 formative usability tests with endocrinologists, Certified Diabetes Educators/Specialists, and psychologists to discover clinician workflows and key usability findings. 
• Improved dashboard navigation and data visualization with clinician feedback synthesized from usability tests.

As such, it provides a leadership role in promoting the business interests of its members.  RHBOT's members are given an opportunity to improve themselves through their direct efforts and association with like-motivated members of the business community, and an opportunity to contribute to the betterment of the community in which they live and conduct business.

• Demonstrated teamwork and problem solving skills to help organize meetings and events (Business After 5, Colossal Chamber Networking Event, etc).
• Edited and improved company’s website content, increasing traffic to the site.
• Completed clerical duties such as compiling bank deposits, managing events' registration, and helping members with their social media profiles.
