Digital Technology Leadership Associate

My 2nd rotation in the Digital Technology Leadership Program. At Pratt & Whitney, I am doing project management for the Sales, Distribution & Logistics team.

- Acted as a functional lead on SAP implementation projects and System Change Requests in our logistics module
- Implemented a successful major go live for Pratt & Whitney during the COVID-19 Pandemic completely done virtually
- Managed the go live requirements and documentation for our implementation projects
- Led business customers and 3PL customers through user testing, training and unit testing of functional requirements
- Streamlined processes and developed efficiency in logistics management through SAP system changes
- Created a data analytics report in Qlik Sense with the use of Oracle databases and SQL

Pratt & Whitney: Functional Lead - SAP Logistics Module

My first rotation was as a Digital Solutions Analyst at Carrier in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I worked on developing solutions for the Customer Experience Center of Excellence at Carrier focusing primarily on CRM through Salesforce.

- Managed and lead 2 major Salesforce implementations for two business units across Carrier including an upgrade from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce lightning. 
- Created the backlog of features requested by our business customers as user stories and prioritized features in order to meet our go live requirements. 
- Managed and prioritized bugs and issues in our backlog
- Lead user testing and created training manuals to ease the transition from Classic to Lightning with an emphasis on efficiency of using the new features.
- Lead change management requests for existing Salesforce orgs at Carrier 
- Developed some changes in our existing Salesforce orgs using the Apex development system in Salesforce.

Practice customer service skills by checking in and helping people check out equipment at the Crags Climbing Center.
