• Managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle from establishing positions to extending offers;
• Consulted and engaged with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and form the most appropriate strategy for attracting the right candidates;
• Identified and attracted Candidates to apply for suitable job opportunities; 
• Built Standard Operating Processes for the Talent Acquisition team, including “Managing the Candidate Inbound” and “Setting up a position”;
• Built the Onboarding Checklist for newcomers in general and the Talent Acquisition team in particular;
• Trained newcomers of the Talent Acquisition team.

Achievements:
• Closed 10 positions, including both Full-time and Intern positions;
• Extended the Inbound sources to social media, international and Vietnamese job portals;
• Increased the number of candidates by 50% in the first month after the launch of job posting on social media.

Recruitment Academy by OAC

One Arrow Consulting is a composite specialist search firm providing recruitment services across the Insurance & Healthcare Industry. We have three offices across Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore & Vietnam - servicing the Greater China Region, South East Asia & Emerging Markets respectively. 

• Posted jobs for two positions: Customer Services and Junior Java Developer;
• Searched candidates and qualified CVs for the two above-mentioned positions.

Freelance Headhunter

WeGrow Edu Vietnam

• Managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle from establishing positions to extending offers for 2 positions: CEO Assistant and Educational Consultant;
• Initiated changes to increase the passing rate of each recruitment round (CV, Interview, Offer, and Probation).

Achievements:
• 13 job offers for both positions (8 candidates accepted offers to probation, 4 candidates passed probation).

Recruitment Associate

WeGrow Education Solutions

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and placements for both core members and volunteers;
• Conducted orientations and training for new hires;
• Managed logistics (manufacturing & purchasing) for 3 TeenUp Camps - a camp about sex education and self-liberation for students aged 12-16 (25 students/camp);
• Managed administrative tasks such as reimbursement for employees, and issuance of certificates for volunteers.

Achievements:
• Reduced the cost of logistics by nearly 50% from the first camp to the third camp.
