I'm in charge of deliver a five-star experience to enhance the workplace daily experience, together with my teammates all over the European offices. My main responsibilities:
- oversee day-to-day business in the Milan Office - over 200 amazing people;
- create a positive working environment: +23% satisfaction rate in engagement survey vs previous quarter;
- take care of the employee journey, from the very first day to the last one, with the goal of providing an amazing and smooth experience;
- plan and deliver weekly team activities and community events;
- lead company initiatives, such as competition, parties and online events, to increase employees' engagement; 
- be responsible for the internal communication, using both traditional and online channels.

My role was to lead the Caffeina internal community to embrace company culture. 
Main responsibilities:
- join forces with the management team for strategic development of company culture;
- implement initiatives to engage, encourage, and inspire all employees;
- define internal communication strategies
- design the employee journey, with the goal of providing an amazing experience;
- plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events;
- assist the HR Dept in recruiting strategy, employer branding, performance review and career path.

OneDay is a business & community builder that works with a people-centric approach with the aim of having a broad, positive and lasting impact on people and the world, focusing on the new generations. The OneDay companies: ScuolaZoo, WeRoad, ZooCom, Together, House of Talent and Glint.

As part of People&Culture Team, I was in charge of the employee experience, from onboarding to exit interview. Main responsibilities:
- design and develop quality of worklife and culture survey;
- implement internal communication strategies; 
- deliver strategic consultancy for external clients about culture transformation, employee experience and community.

As part of Digital Marketing Team, I defined and managed content strategies across websites, newsletters, social media. Main responsabilites:
- define the content strategy across online and offline channels
- deliver digital marketing strategic consultancy for affiliated hotels;
- design and deliver online and offline digital marketing courses, reaching a satisfaction index of 8.5 out of 10;
- manage sourcing, screening, and training of digital team's new members.
