Aviation Storyteller & leader who strives to make life better (& hopefully happier!) for customers, colleagues, & partners 😀 I have 17 years of leadership experience in airport management, building teams, planning & policy, curating & designing passengers' journey, real estate management, strategic sourcing, as well as delivering technological solutions & digital products. Some of my work include implementing the world's first infrared contactless check-in solution on automated kiosks & bag-drops in Jun 2020 during the height of Covid. I currently oversee Seletar Airport as the General Manager & Division Head. Proud to be part of the Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) team working on Changi's award-winning Terminal 4, which opened in Oct 2017. We designed & built the terminal from scratch and I was driving the Departure & Self-Service experience. Proven crisis leader with key appointments in BCP. I also serve as a CAG Brand Ambassador, doing my part to promote Changi - the world's most awarded airport. I was a previous Guest Speaker at various leading industry forums such as the Passenger Terminal Expo, Future Travel Experience & Aviation Festival conferences.
