My administrative and human resources functions involve managing various processes that ensure the smooth functioning of the department. These include:

Employee Records Management:  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files; tracking personal details, and performance evaluations; handling sensitive employee information, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws

Employee Relations: Handling grievances, mediating disputes, and resolving workplace conflicts; implementing disciplinary procedures when necessary and ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.

Training and Development: Coordinating employee training and development programs; ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively

Performance Management: Managing performance appraisal processes; monitoring and evaluating employee performance; identifying underperformance and suggesting improvements or training needs

Leave and Time-off Management:  Keeping track of employee leave entitlements, such as sick leave, and annual leave; managing employee attendance and time-off 
requests.
