Google

- Successfully led a Google Assistant's Media org of 52 engineers as a Software Architect (Uber TL).
- Spearheaded the design, implementation, and integration of key   Built-in Intents platform components, crucial in shifting Assistant towards its new App-centric strategy to complete most actions in Apps.
- Developed and Executed plans to make Assistant a self-serve platform for Android apps using App Actions and App Search.
- Led early Experiments (Model selection, Prompt engineering, Test data generation, Evals) for Assistant’s transition to Large Language Models.

Software Architect / TLM in Google Assistant

- Manager for an org of 28 engineer team with managers under me.
- Founded a team with just three engineers and grew it to a 28-engineer org that owned all of Google Phone# identities, including RCS.
- Proposed, Developed, and Launched a scalable approach to introduce Rich Communication Services (RCS) to Android Messages users worldwide without complex carrier integrations which enabled RCS to reach 1+ billion users and Android to compete with Apple’s iMessage protocol.
- Built a graph of 1.54 billion monthly active Device→Phone#→Account connections, which powers various Google services such as Android Messages, Duo, Dialer, YouTube sharing, Google Account Recovery, Google Photos, and Ads.

Founding lead and TLM of RCS / Phone identity org

- Worked on the next version of Google Map Maker,­ a UGC (User Generated Content) product which allowed users to create all data in Google maps from scratch in many countries including India.

TL in Google Maps / Map Maker team

University of California, Berkeley

- Worked on development of computer vision based localization and navigation system for Autonomous Ground Vehicle project of University of California, Berkley from a Delhi based Startup LogicBrick Pvt Ltd.
- Developed an ORCA conformable C++ software component for real-time detection and tracking of multiple-objects, lanes and road-signs from video sequence provided by HD cameras.

Computer Vision for Self-driving Car Project

DoubleClick by Google

- Worked for Google DoubleClick before the acquisition of DoubleClick by Google. Learned a lot of Software Engineering and building production scale systems.
- Part of a geographically dispersed development team who built DoubleClick’s Workflow Automation Product MediaVisor
- Worked on the integration of MediaVisor with DART Sales Manager (DSM) and DART for Advertisers (DFA)
