As a principal consulting engineer/architect I was responsible for planning and building a social, collaborative platform with realtime communication across various locations with support for interactive 3D asset, and users in VR/AR that can scale.

o Implemented various POC for multiuser interaction across multiple geographies in VR
o Put together a Dev-Ops process and general guidelines as part of the platform adoption
o Integrated immersive VR platform with the internal LMS (Open-edX)
o Helped drive the implementation launch of AR iOS app, for 3D assembly preview
o Mentored developers and put together a best practices guide for Dev, QA, and Agile process

As a Lead engineer and a manager on Stampede Run, Worked both iOS and Android dev teams, while also work closely with the Product and various external teams in the company. On a daily basis I assist the team in planning and implementing the tasks assigned tom them, while making sure they are not blocked by any of the external tech teams. I do call out for code reviews and plan the development process for and priorities and identify the right resource to get the job done the right time and better quality. Work with peer developers by also contributing to the code on a regular basis and architect a bigger feature in the App/game.

As engineering manager with direct reports of 12, I have been involved in hiring/terminating, training, quarterly  performance reviews and while also championing engineering and operational excellence.

Stampede Run, has been awarded one of the best "Online Games of 2013" by Apple, it has been given first Zynga's "Editor's Choice Award" on global launch. Also recently featured by Google for 2013 holidays. I was also awarded with the "Atlas" award for leading and managing the engineering team.

Scramble With Friends: Have been leading this game from the concept to a shipped product, now available in the app store. Started with a prototype took it from a concept from finding a solid backend for the game that can handle millions of users, and finally is a member of the other WithFriend games.

FarmVille Mobile: Supported this iOS client for a while, trying to keep it up to date with the web version. Alos worked on the initial concepts of the HTML5 helper app.

Faunasphere engineering team is very small, and hence worked on both the client and server side of this huge MMO. Implemented "spline based" skeletal animation which starts in 3D and ends in 2D, worked on UI, game play, design, CS tools, and DB. Helped in implementing server side multi player game play, combats and load distributions. Great learning on business models like micro transactions, subscription and advertisement based models, was involved in moving the game from our dedicated domain to a total Facebook game. 

Before joining Faunasphere I have worked on writing a 3D model previewing tool for the artists using JMonkey engine and Java, involved in game development of sound and asset integration in the game..
