Training teachers, mentoring both students and HODs
Conducting workshops for staff on various subjects related to the IB & school curriculum
Draft policies and make recommendations to the Principal
During my tenure, I was also invited as a guest speaker for TOK at Christ University, Bangalore (Virtually) in 2020
I still examine paper for IB English & TOK and am an experienced teacher for both subjects- English A langauge & Literature and TOK
Besides, I have curated a short 8 module course on Academic writing for students.

Hired as a senior teacher for English Literature (IB &IGCSE),
 I went on to become the Theory of Knowledge Coordinator in 2014. I learned about team building and training teachers on the job.
I became Examiner for paper English Literature & TOK essays
In 2017, I was invited as a guest speaker at Christ University to address B.Ed students about this novel subject in the Diploma program

Hired by Cathedral John Conan school in Mumbai, Cathedral Vidya gave me the experience of both an international curriculum and a residential school
I gained training for both IB & IGCSE assessments through the relevant workshops and gradually became the Extended Essay Coordinator.

As a senior teacher for ICSE, in this small alternative school, I edited the school magazine and ran a club for students called Writers' Bloc. I was also the ICSE examiner for Paper 1 in English
I was promoted to the position of primary supervisor, where I observed English & History classes and guided teachers in the Primary school with new strategies for teaching and learning

As a freelance writer, I bring to the field of education, my experience in creative writing and news reporting.
I joined the teaching profession due to my chance encounter and experience with teaching English to underprivileged children in Mumbai. I enjoy writing and I have recently (Jan 2022)  published my debut novella, a crime fiction called: That's not Cricket
