Stream lead during the transformation project from Flybe to Virgin Connect for both the Uniform (Cabin crew, Pilot, Engineering and Ground Handling redesign) and Onboard soft products projects (onboard magazine redesign, onboard PA's, onboard music and safety card updates).

Delivering tactical communication & marketing revenue driving campaigns including national sales and seasonal seat releases by designing and producing campaign assets in-line with Flybe’s brand guidelines through use of adobe creative cloud in house and with creative agency.

Manage social media posts, copy and content through Hootsuite for national campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram ensuring it is engaging throughout campaign period and does not conflict with any BAU social activity. 

Commission and organise activities that contribute towards campaigns and internal documentation including working with external suppliers such as photographers and videographers.

Manage the onboard publications including monthly magazine ‘Flight Time’ and Cafe Flybe menu by proofreading, and working with publishers and suppliers to coordinate photography, articles, and delivery onboard aircraft. Recent work includes magazine refresh to become more streamlined and cost effective. 

Create and optimise content for national campaigns including use of articles from Flight Time magazine for flybe.com and social media channels

Work closely with Exeter Chiefs and Exeter City as a main sponsor, managing the day to day relationships.

Organise, coordinate and manage events including Devon County Show stand, Flybe leadership day and team meetings. Received a ‘Purple Hero’ award (internal recognition for going above and beyond in the workplace) for work and coordination on the Devon County Show.

Act as one of the brand guardians, externally and internally, ensuring all customer and colleague touch points are consistent, high quality and co-ordinated with the brand.

Devon and Cornwall Business Council

DCBC (Now South West Business Council) was a member network organisation which provides a local voice at a national level for all private sector, public sector and third sector businesses which are based in Devon & Cornwall. 

My role within the company consisted of:
Developing and executing a marketing strategy for all ongoing marketing activities including social media, email and website content.
Use of Mail Chimp to communicate monthly email campaigns, news and blogs to a database of over 1000 members.
Organising and managing all aspects of the event management from venue sourcing, event design and budgets for all DCBC events throughout the year, including board meetings, quarterly topical conferences and the annual dinner attracting over 100 delegates per event, as well as working with partners to assist on joint collaborative events. 
Networking and relationship building with businesses across the South Wests to identify new opportunities for the sales pipeline.

The Jobshop was set up to link and support Students, Graduates, Alumni and Employers. They offered a range of recruitment services from job matching candidates to relevant roles to advertising roles on our portals. They could tailor their service to suit any needs, & help to fill organisation's vacancies.

My role within the Jobshop entailed:
•	Liaising with graduates and employers
•	Data collection and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
•	Organising interviews
•	Matching candidates with job opportunities
•	CV building
•	Promoting Job Shop through digital marketing and social media
•	Establishing contacts and vacancies with national and international companies
•	Delivering presentations
•	Developing marketing and communication strategies and campaigns to engage with students and promote Jobshop
•	Running multiple events throughout campus, engaging with students about the Jobshop services

Employability Assistant

Tesco PLC

One of Britain’s leading supermarkets. My role at Tesco included working within different departments, with experience on both Checkouts and Dairy. 
Duties included:
• Trained in money handling
• Followed proper standards for product freshness, food safety, weights and measures, refrigeration and sanitation.
• Refilled and rotated items on shelves to maintain well-stocked inventory.
• Assisted the team in meeting sales, stock loss, labour objectives and margin goals to increase profitability.
• Trained and served as a peer coach for new sales associates in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Accurately record payments and balance tills, 
• Developed a high standard of interpersonal skills through dealing with different customers on a daily basis, 
• Ensuring my work was to a standard that complies with each individuals needs,
• Building a good customer rapport. 
• Working autonomously as well as in a team, 
• Effective time management working within the health and safety legislations of handling fresh food as well as storage and display.

I also have training qualifications from this role in manoeuvring equipment, fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene regulations and warehouse management.

Anytime, Anywhere is a wedding and events catering company serving all over Cornwall.

This was my first job within the events industry. It introduced me to what working within the events industry from a catering perspective is like.

Role included:
• Gaining knowledge on number of waiting staff needed to portion sizes at different sized weddings. 
• Serving customers (including the top table) 
• Set up and take down of events
• Communication - Liaising with kitchen staff on timings of food
• Team Leadership - Overseeing and directing younger staff members on their job roles.
