My favorite part of working in the customer experience space is the relationship building that comes with it. I never leave the office without learning something new about a client. Focusing on them as people first is the key to a successful relationship. I’m highly motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments but also love to be a cheerleader for others on my team. My skills include, but aren’t limited to SalesForce, Hubspot, Intercom, ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, ActiveCampaign, and even a few songs on the banjo.
