I have majored in economics with a focus on commercial informatics and my main expertise is in customer service, order management and operational processes. In my current position as Director Customer Service, I am responsible for budget, strategy and employees. In addition to operational control, this includes budget responsibility and further development of the service through a targeted digitization strategy, the introduction of new contact channels, further development of employees and the optimization of sales potential in the service area. I am looking for a management position in a fast-moving company, striving to be the leading player in its market.
