A Senior Manager in Wavestones global Cyber Practice, I lead the Uk's Response (Incident & Crisis Management) capability. The team are end to end response specialists and help our clients anticipate, prepare for, respond to and recover from any incident or crisis. As part of Wavestone's cyber security and operational resilience practice, Response brings industry-leading cyber crisis management and crisis communications experience. The team supports clients across all industries on the following: crisis readiness assessments; business continuity planning; design of crisis response frameworks; developing plans, procedures and playbooks; designing and delivering coaching, training and complex crisis simulation exercises; providing live crisis support; and conducting post incident reviews. Alongside the Total Crisis Response I work as part of the Cyber Security and Operational Resilience Practice as a transformation consultant.
