The foods they say are healthy...

Are actually killing you.

Avoid these 6 "health" foods: 


1. Fruit juice

The processing to turn fruit into fruit juice removes or damages the:

- Fiber
- Vitamins
- Polyphenols & antioxidants

That make fruit healthy in the first place.

This is a problem for 90% of the population already dealing with insulin resistance and low daily activity.

2. Plant-based "meat".

It’s an ultra-processed, lab-made product backed by false marketing.

It even contains chemicals like:

- Dyes
- Hexane
- Preservatives

Which damage your hormones, organs and increase your risk of cancer.

The idea that meat is unhealthy and causes heart disease started with ONE flawed study in the 1950s.

Modern research shows saturated fat and cholesterol don’t cause it.

But that truth doesn’t fit the narrative so they buried it.

3. Soy products.

They pushed soy on us as part of the anti-meat propaganda. 

But soy products are often: 

- GMO 
- Processed 
- Estrogenic. 

They can damage your thyroid and fertility.

They´re even high in "anti-nutrients".

The worst forms of soy are:

- Soy oil
- Soy “milk”
- GMO soy fillers
- Soy protein isolate.

They’re the most processed and stripped of fiber and nutrients.

For example, soy milk has many ingredients, including seed oils and lecithins which are bad for your gut.

4. Seed oils.

They’re another “heart-healthy” manufactured product that’s actually terrible for your heart.

They’re extremely inflammatory and they’re even worse when you use them as cooking oil…

5. Margarine instead of butter.

They told you it’s healthier than butter. 

But it’s a lab-made invention loaded with: 

- Seed oils 
- Trans fats
- Artificial additives. 

It doesn’t have any of the healthy fatty acids and vitamins that butter has either.

It´s junk food.

6. Breakfast cereal.

They told us that cereal is “heart healthy” to replace traditional breakfast foods like eggs and bacon. 

But it’s really a high-carb, high-sugar dessert in disguise. 

It fuels weight gain and insulin resistance which are the real cause of heart disease.

Marketing and propaganda is what´s convinced most people that foods like these are healthy.

They´re actually just modern, manufactured products.

They´re processed, lack nutrients and normally contain harmful fats or high levels of sugar.

The real healthy foods are meat, eggs, fish, dairy, fruit, veg and unprocessed carbs in moderation.

These are the foods humans ate for our whole evolutionary history before the modern epidemic of obesity and chronic diseases.
