As the founder of GMFT Ventures LLC (d/b/a Retiring Fed), I help Federal criminal investigators prepare financially for retirement through training and coaching services. I was awarded a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Management from St. Thomas University (2018) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning (2015). With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, I worked with various agencies and organizations, such as the FBI, the DEA, and the Secret Service. I am passionate about empowering my clients to achieve their retirement goals and transition smoothly into the next phase of their lives.
