Provide software application, technical and business analyst support to customers. Tasks ranged from answering questions on function and usage of the software products, identifying bugs and finding work arounds, understating and presenting functionality improvements based on working with the customers, working with multiple accounting software packages, as well as technical SQL database troubleshooting.

Client Operations Software Analyst

Ran a usability study on a new graphical user interface. Helped the “New Icon Team” with developing and organizing icons for improved user (customer) interface. Develop input forms for automation and improved customer requests.

Technical Intern
