Chris has continued his role overseeing the full business of VCA Solutions, now part of Valvoline.  He is constantly working on expanding out the VCA model to offer the best support to its customers.  He maintains a focus on the team he works with and looks to better their employee experience which leads to a better customer experience.

Chris forged a relationship with Valvoline leaders to build a better automotive battery program for Valvoline instant oil change locations.  VCA Solutions was formed in August of 2019 as a partnership and business growth began in December of 2019.  Through the pandemic Chris and his team maneuvered through the country onboarding an astounding 1200 locations in 42 states within just over 2.5 years.  Chris and his team created a business with an amazing culture of employee first focus which has allowed us to maintain almost no attrition and continue to grow.  VCA Solutions went from an idea to a full-service battery delivery program and network with revenues exceeding $25M.  VCA was purchased outright by Valvoline LLC in May of 2022.  Under the new ownership Chris continues to look at additional partnerships and expand into new areas.

Oversight and support for multi-state operations and sales with full P&L responsibility, client relationships, logistics, and product supply. Supplying both 3pl quality inspections and end user products through full life cycle logistics.  Logistical footprint includes 22 distribution locations shipping ~$59 million of inventory per year throughout the eastern US. 

Club Assist partners with trusted motoring organizations worldwide, improving member experiences through the provision of automotive battery supply and roadside replacement, automotive glass repair and replacement, and other member services. 

We are the largest mobile automotive battery retailer in the world, and we’re committed to the pursuit of service excellence for more than 68 automotive club partners across the globe.

Managed multi-state call centers with responsibility for large/enterprise customers throughout the US.  Supporting advanced products over Fiber and RF plant.  Support ranged from small business to large enterprise businesses for Time Warner's largest RMR customers.

Over the years I have been involved in many groups, from building the teams, developing the processes to drive efficiency, to managing the success of the individuals on those teams as well as the impact to the company.
•	Business class service (management of the installation and maintenance of our commercial customer base) service delivery
•	Underground construction (management of the installation and maintenance of ~11k underground plant and house drops per year)
•	Contractor management (management of 7 companies with ~400 installation and maintenance technicians)
•	QC (management of the quality control group responsible for quality of work completed by contractors)
•       Operational expense responsibility for ~25m budget. 
•	TOC (management of the Technical Operations Center - supporting field operations, outside plant and RCC through the use of soft tools, ie. Servassure)
