- Interim Global Customer Service Representative Lead for EMEA tracking performance and building process improvement dashboard (ServiceCloud) to promote a metrics-driven culture for maximum efficiency
- Successfully delivered an outsourcing project of 10 heads over 4 months to Romania. The project included: developing KPIs, delivering training, and critically assessing performance thereafter.

Previously founded Bodii, which was inspired following numerous footballing injuries. We made physio experiences more insightful and engaging for patients daily through a wearable device & digital software.
