Myself team THP are on a mission to raise the health of the people in the UK and beyond. 

It is our strong belief that productivity is low in the UK due to poor health. All the data backs this belief. 

We believe that wellbeing is downstream of good physical health, so here is where we are focussing our efforts - Physical - Mental - Emotional Health is the direction of flow for us.

Our team motivate, educate and inspire teams, both large and small, to adopt first principles of health and performance.

We’re aiming tall. We plan to develop and nurture THP into a company that plays a fundamental role in shifting the health landscape for the people of this country and beyond.

The Green Mile Training Camp is a 110 acre outdoor training venue set in the mountains behind Cardiff. 

The site is like no other in and hosts a range of facilities all geared to improving your physical mental and emotional health.

Based in London I delivered NEBOSH, IOSH and other certified training courses to companies and individuals within multiple industry sectors across Europe. 
Responsible for teaching, mentoring and administrating students through academic study in order to pass examinations and coursework.

Cartoon Fitness

A media production to tackle the problem of childhood obesity using inspirational cartoon characters, based on seven real life people, all teaching different genres of movement and play to children aged 3-7. 

The adventures set in multiple countries around the world, all narrated in different languages and all with compelling back-stories to motivate, educate and inspire youngsters to better health.

I served for over 12 years in various roles on multiple operational and training deployments at home and overseas. Half of my service was spent with 16 Air Assault Brigade and half with 3 Commando Brigade. 

As well as my main role as a Forward Air Controller in a Fire Support Team I was a highly qualified unit Physical Training Instructor. I attained many sporting, teaching, leadership and adventurous training qualifications during my service, which I still practise to this day.
