I know what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle of anxiety, self-doubt, and unhealthy habits. I was a 300lb depressed alcoholic, battling severe daily anxiety attacks—until I made the decision to take control of my life. Now, 100lbs lighter and years into sobriety, I’ve turned my struggle into my mission: to help men refuse to settle so they can be the best for the ones who need them most.  

As the founder of **Go Primal Lifestyle**, I lead men through **free outdoor workouts and mental resilience challenges**, providing a space for them to push their limits and take back control of their lives. My message is simple: **your mindset, nutrition, and fitness determine the man you become**—and it’s never too late to start the fight.  

Through **The Primal Mindset**, I speak to audiences—including blue-collar workers, law enforcement, and business leaders—about overcoming anxiety, building unshakable discipline, and taking ownership of their lives. My keynotes and workshops inspire men to break free from excuses and step into their full potential.
