[ Creation and adoption of Power BI reports to key stakeholders ]
The project consisted of collecting C-suite requirements for crucial data insight. After the identification of requirements, we collaborated with our external supplier on further development of the data model. Lastly, reports were and distributed to relevant employees.

[ Sale of Green Instruments Group to LIFCO AB ]
In 2023 Green Instruments underwent a transaction process which eventually led to a sale. I was lucky to be part of the process. During this time I assisted on, and produced, various confidential financial inputs for company presentations to the potential buyers. The process also included a lot of sparring and collaboration with the external facilitator.

[ Creating a state-of-the-art transfer pricing programme ]
A large Danish utility conglomerate needed firm guidelines and procedures for entering intercompany agreements and documenting the compliance of the arm’s length principles under Danish transfer pricing law. The project stretched over 1,5 years where we identified, challenged and facilitated the renegotiation of all intercompany transactions.

[ Senior accountant for a large Danish meal box supplier ]
General accounting and controlling and interim lead for the accounting team. The assignment included a big responsibility during the month end closing process, where I was lead on making sure we complied with the group deadlines. A lot of new Excel models were created to speed up the closing processes and ensure closing excellence. I also coordinated and took lead on key areas during the annual audit.

[ Due diligence on AR during a transaction process ]
I was sent to a subsidiary of a Danish company in San Diego, California to perform preliminary due diligence on accounts receivable. The task at hand was to identify possible pitfalls in the AR collection process and identify material risk of bad debt. The findings were presented to the Danish Financial Director and the American CFO.

The assignment was to perform business controlling on the IT department and the various IT development projects.

Daily financial controlling and reconciliation of AR and AP. The assignment also included intercompany reconciliations and preparations for the annual report.

[ Business controller on AR for a Danish utility company ]
The assignment consisted of creating an overview of the company’s AR situation and improving on the collection and reconciliation process. The project also comprised of sparring with / and informing the CFO of material matters in the AR department.
