As a member of the CS&R leadership team, influence the overall department goals by a) recruiting, coaching, and developing top talent, b) operating as a trusted advisor to the executive team and cross-functional business leaders, and c) applying a collaborative and thoughtful approach to formulating strategy and identifying and prioritizing meaningful change(s) for the organization.

I have led highly visible and high impact strategy engagements across the enterprise, including the following:

- Leading a cross-BU effort to define a global strategy for our Cyber business, with 75+ stakeholders engaged throughout the process;
- Leading an AI innovation program (through Liberty's collaboration with MIT) to identify and launch a portfolio of cross-functional / cross-BU research efforts that resulted in new products and solutions for meaningful business impact;
- Assessing / prioritizing market opportunities for growth in the wholesale distribution channel; and
-  Developing a decision-making framework and supporting governance / support for capital deployment that considers both organic and inorganic growth opportunities

I manage six direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance on professional development and career progression. I also oversee the department’s efforts to support staff's success in rolling out into other Liberty business areas / departments from the CS&R team to facilitate their career progression in the company in alignment with their long-term goals and aspirations.

This group serves as trusted, strategic advisers to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, and drives transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide, customer-centric perspective. - Corporate & business unit strategy development for a major telecommunications / media company in the US
- Strategic capability building program development for a global manufacturer, with a focus on customer centricity and sales strategy & execution
- Product strategy and configuration / customer experience assessment for a digital health & wellness solutions provider

Chris's experience at the Senior Consulting level encompassed servicing clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, with a primary focus on organizational strategy and capability building.  He supported the pricing strategy practice in thought leadership development for high-technology clients, and also gained exposure to the firm's media and hospitality sector practices through practice development efforts

Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College

Supported undergraduate program participants with academic assignments and studies, provided guidance and feedback on group valuation project presentations and deliverables, and conducted numerous presentations and workshops on career development topics such as resume writing, networking, cover letters, and behavioral and case interview preparation.

The Tuck Business Bridge Program is an intensive 4-week, career-focused program designed to equip liberal arts, science, and engineering students with the essential skills and tools to pursue careers in business despite not having a previous classroom foundation in business.

MVF is a professionally-managed venture capital fund that invests exclusively in Maine companies who demonstrate a potential for high growth and public benefit, across a variety of industries  

The internship included both internal strategy & operations work with one of the fund's portfolio companies, a software developer, as well as select diligence and research efforts on behalf of the fund itself.

MBA Summer Intern

Performed buy-side and sell-side due diligence and advisory services for corporate and private equity clients engaging in M&A transactions.  Primary project experience entailed providing buy-side financial and accounting diligence services to clients who were evaluating potential transactions in the banking, asset management, insurance, or warranty space.  Additional experience included the following:

* Provided sell-side due diligence and financial advisory services for a private equity owned      
   mobile technology company
* Assisted a large multi-national bank in the carve-out of its US banking business via sell-side
