As a Regional Sales Manager within the Key Ophthalmology segment, my job is to:

Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within my assigned geographic territory
Proactively cultivate and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities as part of the sales team focusing on net new business
