Scaling operations in the US, Mexico, and Canada - the success of these teams resulted in over $140,000,000 of funding from top-tier VC firms. With a focus on servant leadership and operational excellence, I’ve been able to develop a definitive blueprint on what is required to scale a high-performing team. My mission is to help good people live great lives; and my goal is to provide the tools, coaching, guidance, and resources to help people build careers, businesses, and lives they can be proud of. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my wife and daughter, playing rugby, or golfing.
