As a graduate in Biology, I started my professional career by working on the bench in the laboratory for a Biotech organization that made products for other Biotechnology and Pharma companies focused on drug development of potential therapies and vaccines into life-saving medicines. I realized then that my skills and personality were best suited to problem solve and find solutions for clients in a very collaborative and partnership driven fashion, where I could use my empathy and drive to advocate to find a win-win solution. As my career has progressed, and I have experienced a high level of success and grown my skills and abilities to partner with clients in the Oncology and Cell and Gene Therapy Industries who are focused in drug development, I work with global leaders who share my passion and who are deeply invested in translating clinical research and the possibility of real hope for patients as together we strive to be on the forefront of advancing medicine to help patients receive the right therapy, at the right time.
