Capstone Logistics manages 600+ distribution centers and specializes in warehouse management, freight brokerage, and last mile delivery.

Scaled new business revenue by $30M. Guided 3 management teams and 45 associates to close ~580 new customers in 5 target verticals shipping FTL, LTL, partial TL, drayage, intermodal and last mile. 

Increased existing customer revenue by 38% through account development, weekly scorecard reviews, QBRs, and executive sponsorship. 

Completed 100+ RFPs and achieved ~40% win rate. Average Y1 award revenue value $350k, largest $7.5M. 

Closed customers via cross-selling with Capstone Last Mile and Capstone Warehouse Services. 

Created market segmentation and GTM strategies to acquire enterprise and middle market customers in the grocery, food & beverage, building & home improvement, furniture, paper & packaging, and CPG industry verticals.

Joined Arrive to lead Chicago sales and scaled new business revenue from ~$500k to ~$38M. Grew team from 16 to 150+ team members in 2 years. 

Recruited, hired, trained, and coached sales reps and managers at the Chicago IL and Austin TX locations. 

Guided management teams to exceed revenue goals and close 500+ new customers. Served as executive sponsor to strengthen relationships with clients and close new business. Supervised the RFP and contract management process to win dedicated volume awards.
