Forget the six-pack. Most career-driven men just want to be slimmer, fit into their suits, and shake off the constant fatigue. Does sound that sound familiar to you? His career was going well, but he was still working ridiculous hours. After working the long days, he'd order in a takeaway or drink more as a "reward" for working hard. The happiness of that reward was short lived and he felt like crap again. He had no energy and he was making important business decisions on 5 hours sleep. He was heading for burn out very quickly. Fast forward to today and his career is still thriving, but he's not working 60 hour weeks. He's learned to say no, delegate and prioritise himself.
