Since May 2003 increased sales for MS Victoria - achieved quarterly targets for both August and December quarters - record numbers for Victoria.
Substantial increase in sales per Partnership Manager - since May 2003.
Able to maintain high level of customer loyalty and increased business volumes during periods of internal competitive disadvantage. 
Outstanding December 2003 results another record - $75m in settlements, 130% of target.

Royal & SunAlliance Aust Ltd

Managed joint venture captive for both the ANZ Bank and Interstar Securities, combined revenue in excess of $300m pa.
Responsible for the development of the Victorian organisational structure, which was adopted nationally. Managed team of 12 underwriters and 3 relationship managers.
Implemented several system and credit related enhancements to streamline ANZ lending assessment process.
Major contribution to the development of LMI on-line connection with both ANZ and Interstar.

MGICA Ltd

Developed LMI relationship in competitive environment, particularly with the ANZ Bank. MGICA's market share of ANZ business increased to 75%.
Assisted establishment of and managed joint venture captive arrangement for QLD based Heritage Building Society.
Established new credit policy for captive, including extensive review of account collection processes and arrears and claims management.
