As a founding partner of The Capstone Group, I helped establish and drive our business as a customized training and development company, located in Independence, Ohio.   Capstone was in operation for over 15 years and my areas of responsibility were helping our customers to identify their staff development needs and matching our capabilities to their specific needs.  In addition, I was responsible for the company Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.  Our customer list included: US Steel, The Lincoln Electric Company, Lubrizol Corp, The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Cleveland-Cliffs, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, University Mednet, Cleveland Dialysis Centers (CDC).

Managed customer relationships and provided customized training solutions to a wide variety of clients.  Managed large scale training projects for such customers as Stouffer Hotels and Resorts, Parker Hannifin, Westinghouse.

Technicomp, Inc.

Designed and developed customized training courses for companies such as Red Roof Inns, Texas Instruments, Chi-Chi's Restaurants, Parker Hannifin Corporation, Kinetico, Inc.  Managed account relationships and matched client training needs to capabilities of the company. Technicomp provided technical and soft skills training as both packaged, 'in the box' and customized training products and services.

The Marcus Corporation

Coordinated and managed Training initiatives for the corporation.  The Marcus corporation owned and operated three 5-Star Hotels, the Budgetel Hotel chain and over 50 bowling alleys and movie theaters in the state of Wisconsin.  Reported to the Senior VP of Administration.

St. Benedict's Women's College

Head of the Women in Management Program for the college.  Taught classes for both male and female undergrad students in Human Resource Management, Women in Management and Principles of Management.
