•	Ran a team of 25 veterans employees and one of the biggest budgets at the company 
•	Supervising and tracking the team’s resources, budgets, and customers population
•	History of hitting and exceeding enrollments month after month in a results driven culture 
•	Acting as a source of knowledge, motivation, vision and leadership for team 
•	Responsible for interviewing and hiring Sales Reps
•	Training and developing Sales Reps. 
•	Currently running department wide initiatives and presentations to help drive retention, sales, and referrals.

When I’m not on the job, I love hiking with my dog, beach, sports, golf, music shows, movies and spending time with family and friends. I love living in Southern California but enjoy seeing new exciting places.
