I am a passionate and dedicated Co-Founder of The Walking Tall Movement, a platform that shares stories of resilience and recovery from various mental health challenges. I am driven by the mission inspiring all of humanity to be more approachable, vulnerable, and to Walk Tall in their lives. My efforts work towards spreading a message of strength, togetherness, love, and support to those who are struggling, and creating a community of people who can Walk Tall for each other.
