A Security Investigator with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry and who is passionate about dealing with Loss Prevention, ORC and Asset Risk within retail to preserve profits and provide a safe working environment for the Mitre10 team and our customers. Since 2017 I have been working for Mitre10 Mega New Plymouth, as Garden Team Leader and then Garden Department Zone Leader. In 2021 I began a new challenge within Mitre10 in Security and Loss Prevention and I am now Team Leader of this department, covering two stores and managing a team of LP and Security Officers.
