I was responsible for strategy, rider/driver experiences, city relationships, and P&L management. During my time within City Ops I helped grow the team from 3 to 15, conducting 120+ interviews, led day-to-day team operations and coached junior team members. In addition to Territory Management, I also led US Crisis Operations, including Uber's response to the Capitol Insurrection and Hurricanes.

I began my Uber career on the Regulatory Operations team overseeing our regulatory compliance processes in the Washington DC area. During this time, I re-engineered processes, identified gaps, and developed new reporting procedures in partnership with regulators.
