I was responsible for strategy, rider/driver experiences, city relationships, and P&L management. During my time within City Ops I helped grow the team from 3 to 15, conducting 120+ interviews, led day-to-day team operations and coached junior team members. In addition to Territory Management, I also led US Crisis Operations, including Uber's response to the Capitol Insurrection and Hurricanes.
