•	Grew to 42 staff, $3.8 million budget, 18 university partners, 180 classrooms, 1000 AmeriCorps mentors across California and Washington states
•	Oversaw SF’s first-ever Early Literacy Initiative reaching 6,000 children in partnership with SF Department of Children Family and Youth, Mayor’s Office on Community Development, First 5 SF, San Francisco State University
